How do I find my location?

Use the directions links on the Contact page and the map on your location’s page. Confirm the exact arrival point and check-in instructions with the team before you travel.

Can I book for a month or for a group?

Yes, you can send an enquiry through our Long stays page. Include dates, guest numbers and room requirements so the team can discuss availability and a quote.

Can I cancel my booking?

Open My account → Bookings and select your booking to see whether online cancellation is available. If it is unavailable, contact the team with your booking reference. Confirm applicable cancellation charges and refund terms with the team before booking.
